It’s finally the last day of year 2007. The auspicious-sounding year, 2008, will be here!

Here are my 2008 resolutions in no particular order:

• be more focused on studies and get better grades;
• graduate in June without the need for extra semester;
• perform better at work;
• save even more money and work towards my car;
• be single no more (umm yeah, 5th year in a row this resolution has been made);
• learn from mistakes and stop repeating the same old habit;
• be more positive!

Hope I can achieve more resolutions in 2008 than in 2007! Seems like this should be part of my resolution!

Back from my 4d3n Genting + KL trip! Reached First World Bus Terminal around 4am+. Had some coffee before proceed checking in to Resort Hotel. We only get to check in at 6am, rotting at the lobby before that. Resort Hotel has done their renovation and the room interior looks good!

Tried my luck at the casino but I didn’t get lucky at the slots machine. Lost 150RM at slots. Howeve, I’ve learnt how to play roulette effectively after a middle-aged guy came about teaching me the ‘right way’ to play. Even so, i still lost 50RM at roulette. :S so my total loss at the casino was 200RM. I’m not going to touch slots machine anymore on my next trip to Genting!

Checked out from Genting on next day afternoon and took a small passenger van down to KL. We stayed at Swiss Garden Hotel, which is nearby Sungei Wang, Low Yat Plaza and Berjaya Times Square.

Basically the whole time at KL, other than eating, sleeping, bathing, we were shopping non-stop. Bought some T-shirts and some small gifts for the kind ladies who bought me Christmas’ gifts. Managed to catch a glimpse of the Petronas Twin Tower.

I haven’t really stayed in KL before, this first time is a great experience.

In another week or so, it will be the new year! This year seems to pass quite fast. Managed to dig out my 2007 resolution I made last year from my old blog archives (which I’m unable to restore them back here). Let’s see review on the resolutions I’ve made:

• ORD peacefully (I almost didn’t. LOL!)
• save more money (Didn’t save a lot. But money is never enough :S)
• secure a job before i ORD (Almost didn’t too! I’m so happy to be in such a nice company now! :D)
• try to get rich or die trying (Still dying. I mean, still trying :P)
• be single no more (Didn’t put in effort to find, or wrong target.)
• be more positive (Not there yet. =()

Other than ORD-ed and found a job, 2007 has been a quiet year for me. I shall come up with my 2008 resolution on New Year’s Eve, that’s when I’ll be back from my Genting/KL trip. Leaving on Christmas night! Hope can win some money at Genting so I can spend more at KL! xD

After not blogging for about a year or so, I’ve decided to revive myself and get back into blogging!

But don’t expect frequent updates. I realised my life has been very boring so there’s nothing much I can update too. Just take it as a place for me to rant and express my inner feelings.

After all, this is the Covert Locus. Yup, I tried very hard to sound cool. Someone told me as long you don’t understand, it is cool. LOL xD

So let me explain what on earth is Covert Locus. According to Dictionary.com, covert means concealed and/or secret; while locus (errm, not that flying insect locust!) means place. So there you go, Covert Locus means a secret hiding place.

Okay, since you all know what it means, it’s not cool anymore! :(
